The backpack is certainly nice and stylish, well-made, but there is a strange detail: the side pocket with a zipper is missing, that is... This is not a pocket, but just a side access to the main compartment of the backpack, very convenient for thieves. I think I just had bad luck and they forgot to sew a pocket onto my backpack. I'll have to sew it on myself.
I can also point out the ringing metal fittings, which I don't really like either.

I ordered it as a gift for my mom, I'm extremely happy with it. It's stylish, high-quality, all seams are even, and the zippers are good. Thank you, I think I'll order another one for myself in the summer.
